In the world of agriculture and food-related business, Joel Salatin is one of my heros. This man is refocusing the aspect of farming in the US, shifting the tone from simple meat fodder for the masses and, instead, reverting back to traditional farming methods. He has found that these methods are much cleaner, greener, and produce healthier and happier animals compared to the meat factories in the mid-west. What is also interesting about this article is the fact that the editor chose to attach an opposite view editorial to the top of the page (pro-vegan, animal rights, etc).
